Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through our inquiry form: name, email, phone number, event address and date.
• Booking details for confirmed clients: package selection, pricing, agreement signature, and wedding-day questionnaire responses.
• Payment information processed for booking fees, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and agreements, schedule and deliver services, and process payments. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

SMS notifications

When you submit an inquiry, sign an agreement, submit a questionnaire, or pay a booking fee, our system may send an automated text message. These messages are sent only to the Wheeler Films business owner’s own phone number as an internal alert — they are never sent to clients or the public, and no phone number you provide is added to any texting or marketing list.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate the site: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (internal SMS alerts), and Vercel (website hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention & access

We retain inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet business record-keeping needs. You may request a copy of, or deletion of, the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
