These terms apply to your use of wheelerfilmss.com and to photography and videography services booked through Wheeler Films. By submitting an inquiry, signing an agreement, or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & booking fee
A date is reserved once a package is confirmed and a booking fee — 30% of the agreed package price — is paid. The booking fee is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and turns away other inquiries for it, except in extreme circumstances at Wheeler Films’ discretion. Remaining balances are due before the event as outlined on your client page.
Agreements
Full service terms, deliverables, and cancellation details are set out in the signed photography or videography agreement provided to each client individually. Where those terms and these general terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
Print shop orders
Print shop purchases are covered separately by our refund policy.
Communications
We may email or text you to respond to an inquiry or to service an active booking. See our privacy policy for details on how information you submit is used.
Liability
Wheeler Films is not liable for events outside our reasonable control that prevent delivery of services (illness, accident, extreme weather, equipment failure despite backups). In such cases we will work with you in good faith on a fair remedy, consistent with your signed agreement.
